  • Pre-Project Cancellation: Full refund of any advance payment if cancelled before work commences
  • During Execution: Refund calculated proportionally based on completed versus remaining milestones
  • Post-Delivery: No refund applicable once final deliverables have been accepted

3. Quality Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with delivered work, please submit a detailed written request within 14 calendar days of delivery. We will conduct a quality review and propose one of the following resolutions:

  • Revision of the delivered work at no additional cost
  • Partial refund proportional to identified deficiencies
  • Credit toward future services

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Third-party licenses or software purchases made on your behalf
  • Domain registration or hosting fees already processed
  • Work completed and approved during project execution

5. Refund Processing

  • Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes
  • Make payments according to the agreed schedule

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TimberVectorForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from: (a) your use of our services; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers; (c) any interruption or cessation of our services.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the business relationship for a period of three (3) years.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malmö, Sweden.
